2011 CSFA Conference – General Information
Registration
- Complete the registration form and mail it – with your cheque – to the CSFA office, or forward your credit card information for payment (3.5% additional service charge will apply).

Hotel
- A block of rooms has been reserved for CSFA at Rockey Crest Golf Resort, Muskoka, Ontario.
- Delegates are responsible for their own hotel arrangements. Reservations should be made prior to the hotel before the reservation cut-off date of Monday, August 31, 2015. After this date, any rooms not used will be released for general sale and will be offered on a space availability basis and the applicable rate at the time of booking.
- Make your reservations today by calling 1-866-323-3305 and be sure to mention you are attending the CSFA Conference to receive the special rate of $290 per night plus daily $15 resort amentiy fee and taxes.

Cancellations
- All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to a $150 fee.
- Refunds will not be issued after September 2, 2011, however delegate substitution is permitted.
Attire
- During Convention sessions, business casual dress is recommended.
- The Welcome Reception and Dinner on Thursday, September 15th at the hotel is a jeans event.
- Appropriate casual golf wear (no jeans or cut-offs) with comfortable walking shoes (soft spikes only) for those participating in the optional golf tournament on Friday, September 16th.
- The Dinner on Friday, September 16th is a casual/jeans event.
- The President’s Reception and Dinner on Saturday, September 17th will be a business casual event.
Golf Information
- Golf participation must be confirmed to CSFA by Friday, September 2, 2011
- Golf talent is not necessary
- Four members per team (2 females, two males [if possible]). You cannot golf with your spouse/partner.
- Magic string will be sold which can be used in place of one stroke, maximum of two per team. Proceeds to Children’s Miracle Network.
- Golf rate includes power carts and free practice with unlimited golf balls.
- All participants must respect the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club’s rules and etiquette.
- Best Ball Format (everyone plays the best shot until ball is in the hole)
- Prizes will be awarded to the winning team and second place team as well as the Most Honest Team.
- Individual prizes will be awarded to Men’s and Ladies Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin.
- Players are expected to continue to play during bad weather: rain, drizzle or wind. Only the golf course superintendent can deem the course unplayable. A temporary closing caused by a storm is not considered as a complete closing.
